Billing Terms & Conditions

Definitions:

• Seller: The website owner who receives the order.
• Buyer: The person or organization placing the order.
• Goods or services: The products for which the buyer places an order.

Payment:

• Payments are due upon completion of the order.
• If payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be placed, and no items will be shipped.
• The seller uses the Stripe payment gateway. Payment methods accepted include debit card, credit card, and UPI Payment. Cash on Delivery (COD) option is also available.

Shipping Policy:

• The buyer mobile the shipping cost, calculated by the seller at the time of purchase.
• If an item is lost during shipping, the seller refunds the full price of the item and shipping to the buyer.
• Shipping costs may increase for international shipping or rush orders.
• The seller is not responsible for items damaged during shipping but will take reasonable steps to ensure safety.

Refund/Return Policy:

• Items can be refunded if the buyer returns them within thirty days of the purchase date.
• The buyer must contact the seller through email or the provided customer care number to initiate a return.
• Shipping charges for returned items are the buyer’s responsibility.

Cancellation:

• An order can be canceled until payment is processed.
• Once payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment.

General:

• Terms and conditions are subject to change.
• Use of the website and placing an order indicates agreement with the stated terms and conditions.
